    Admerex holds successful Sports Olympics

    As part of their 10th year anniversary celebration, Admerex held the 2017 ASI Olympics at the Marikina Sports Center last June 24, 2017. Close to 700 attendees participated in the event, which promoted camaraderie, team spirit and good sportsmanship.

    Various sporting events and “Pinoy” games were organized for the employees. It was indeed a great venue for everyone to socialize and show off their athletic abilities.

    Admerex was awarded the bid for the Tele-Collections Services contract of Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG).

    Admerex was awarded the bid for the Tele-Collections Services contract of Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG).

    The 4-month long vendor selection process commenced last March 2017, with various BPOs being invited to bid for the management of Pag-IBIG’s early collections loan portfolio. Having been awarded the 3-year collections outsourcing contract last June 2017, Admerex will be tasked to manage and control the delinquency of Pag-IBIG’s early stage portfolio with a monthly receivable volume of around 100,000 accounts, with an approximate value of Php40 billion.

    Admerex, a global provider of customer management and various business process outsourcing solutions, has been an industry player for 10 years and has since diversified their services beyond collections outsourcing. Admerex and its competitors were assessed on two major metrics: (1) Total Collections Achievement, and (2) Collections Rate and Efficiency.

    With the aim of improving their customer centric strategy, Admerex will introduce Admerex Client Trust Index (ACTI) by mid-April 2017. This quarterly survey will be facilitated by their Business Development and Marketing Team.

    The survey respondents will come from Admerex’s client database and they will be asked to rate the company’s services on several metrics covering professionalism, service quality and efficiency, ease of doing business, timeliness, problem solving, complaint handling, and reliability towards achieving the required business goals. ACSI is considered an important tool that would help measure the current satisfaction rating of clients, and at the same time, provide valuable feedback to Admerex Senior Management allowing them to determine if client expectations are met or even surpassed.
