    With the aim of improving their customer centric strategy, Admerex introduced the Admerex Client Trust Index (ACTI) last June 2017. With over 150 survey forms released to their present partners, the first-ever client survey initiative was facilitated by their Business Development and Marketing Team.

    With the aim of improving their customer centric strategy, Admerex introduced the Admerex Client Trust Index (ACTI) last June 2017. With over 150 survey forms released to their present partners, the first-ever client survey initiative was facilitated by their Business Development and Marketing Team. The survey was divided into three major categories:

    1. Service Delivery
    2. Working Relationship and
    3. Relevance to Business.

    They focused on several sub metrics covering professionalism, service quality and efficiency, ease of doing business, timeliness, problem solving, complaint handling, and reliability.
    The company is proud to share that 95% of survey respondents are satisfied with the performance of Admerex and they trust the BPO with their respective businesses.
    Rob Dizon, President and Chief Executive Officer, said: “We truly appreciate the honest feedback from our customers as this has motivated our team to excel, perform, and be consistent with our service delivery efforts.
